The A.D. Players is a Christian drama company in Houston. Company members come to Small Steps each week to lead our children in drama activities. The A.D. Players also allow our children to attend the AD Players Children’s productions.

National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is dedicated to improving the well-being of all young children, with particular focus on the quality of educational and developmental services for all children from birth through age 8. NAEYC is committed to becoming an increasingly high performing and inclusive organization. Small Steps is accredited by NAEYC.
Prevent Blindness is the nation’s leading volunteer eye health and safety organization with the sole mission of preventing blindness and preserving sight. Prevent Blindness has provided vision screenings for Small Steps.
Rice University School Literacy and Culture Project
Joe Romano is a local musician with Mood Indigo, a jazz duo, and has been a contributing songwriter for Sesame Street. Mr. Romano comes to Small Steps each week, plays guitar and sings with our children.
